Cystitis is a lower urinary tract disorder, with a marked incidence in women between the age of 20 and 50 (50 times more common than in men). It is mainly caused by bacteria found in faeces, mainly enterobacteria such as E. Coli, which can contaminate the urethra and ascend to the bladder by adapting to its walls and producing typical symptoms, inflammation, stinging and pain when urinating and continuous feeling of wanting to urinate (Polaquiuria). To prevent and treat these symptoms, we recommend the use Aquilea Cystitis, thanks to its content in Proanthocyanidins type A (PAC):
Prevention of cystitis, especially in women who suffer frequently and who fall again and again. (repeat cystitis)
As a treatment, both alone and combined with other types of antibiotics.
Relieves pain and sting when urinating.
  • Treatment of cystitis: take one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening, for 15 days. It can be taken alone or in conjunction with antibiotic treatment.
  • Prevention of cystitis: Take one tablet a day, at night, for at least 30 days, especially if you have had any relapses. Repeat cystitis is considered when there are 3 relapses in a year.
  • We recommend drinking approximately 2 liters of water a day, to promote urinary flow and eliminate bacteria.
  • American cranberry (Proanthocyanidins type A) 36 mg: acts as a natural antibiotic, prevents the adhesion of bacteria to the walls of the bladder and urethra, thus facilitating their elimination through the flow of urine.
  • Cautions: May interact with vitamin K antagonist anticoagulant medications, especially warfarin.
  • No contraindications, except in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components (excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate)
