Aquilea sleep® drops, is a melatonin-based supplement and also contains Chamomile and Lemon Balm. Melatonin helps to decrease the time needed to fall asleep, with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Composition:
Composition per 4 drops: Melatonin (1mg), Chamomile (3.2mg), Melisa (2mg)
Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. Keep out of reach of younger children.
How to take:
It is recommended to take 4 drops shortly before bed preferably every day at the same time. Administer the drops directly into the mouth or diluted in drink.
