How to use:
Dilute the contents of the ampoule in half a glass of water (100 ml). Use the spring opener to facilitate opening and ensure that the tips of the ampoule break out of the glass (see instructions for use inside). Take 1 ampoule a day, preferably in the morning with breakfast. Take for 1-2 weeks.
