How to use:
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably at night, with a glass of water. If deemed appropriate, and to ensure an optimal effect of the product, during the first two days of use you can take 2 capsules a day, leaving a margin of 12 hours between the shots.
It is advised to take it for 30 days. To limit the recurrence of discomfort, consumption is advised for an optimal period of 6 months or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. It can be used by children from 6 years of age.
