ACTION AND DESCRIPTION
It exerts a hypnotic effect due to the combination of sedative plants, produces a depression of the central nervous system, resulting in a relaxation of the individual and facilitating the reconciliation of sleep.
Ingredients
Valeriana officinalis (root and rhizome) 100 mg.
Passiflora incarnata (air parts) 100 mg.
Crataegus monogyna (flowering sums) 100 mg
MODE OF USE
In case of insomnia, it is usually sufficient to take 1-2 capsules/24 hours, while in case of nervousness 1 capsule/8 hours can be taken.
- Children: The safety and efficacy of this medicine in children have not been evaluated.
The capsules should be taken with a glass of water.
If used in case of insomnia, it is recommended to take this product half an hour before bedtime. If multiple doses are taken daily, it is recommended to distribute them and take them the last half hour before bedtime.
