Grintuss is a honey-based product and molecular complexes that exerts a protective and therefore lenitive action of the upper airways. It acts against dry coughing, counteracting irritation of the mucosa, and against productive cough favoring hydration and elimination of mucus.
Grintuss adult tablets is carried out by innovative extraction and production processes that allow to concentrate the polysacrydic, resins and flavonoid fractions responsible for the mucoadhesive and protective action of the mucosa.
The honey present in the formulation contributes to these activities and the pleasant taste of the tablets.
Grintuss is a product with organic and gluten-free agricultural ingredients.
Indications
Grintuss adult tablets are indicated for the treatment of coughing, whether dry or productive, in adults and young people from 12 years of age.
HOW IT WORKS
Grintuss adult tablets protects the mucosa by soothing irritation, moisturizes and promotes mucus removal through the following mechanisms of action:
Barrier effect: forms a protective film that adheres to the mucosa and protects it from contact with irritants.
Mucorregulator Action: promotes mucus hydration and promotes its elimination.
Lubricant Action: Reduces friction in the cough-causing pharynge.
Grintuss modulates the cough without suppressing it, thus respecting its important function of defending the upper airways.
MODE OF USE
It is advisable to take 1 tablet 2 to 4 times a day, letting it dissolve slowly in the mouth.
