How to remove and empty the cup:
- Relax your body and use your vaginal muscles to gently push the cup down.
- When you feel the base of the cup, gently tighten it to release the seal with the vaginal wall.
- Gently pull the stem and when you notice that the base is practically out, tilt the cup a little so that the contents do not spill. Empty it in the toilet, clean it and insert it again.
