Our supplement is based on the amino acid L-Glutamine, a non-essential amino acid found in high concentrations at the blood and muscle level as it involves a lot of processes. There are situations such as trauma, stress or intense exercise in which the body is unable to synthesize such concentration so its supplementation is desirable.
Per daily dose: L-Glutamine 1200mg.
Three capsules a day, before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We recommend before practicing some type of exercise to carry out a previous heating of the muscles to avoid possible injuries, in the same way once performed a complete stretch of the entire muscles exercised should be performed.
