The first layer is released immediately, containing Melatonin and California Poppy. The California poppy contributes to optimal relaxation by improving the quality of natural sleep.

The second layer is released overnight and contains Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C, iron, Pasiflora and California Poppy.

Ingredients:

Thickeners (dicalcium phosphate, cellulose); 4:1 aqueous extract of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) 250 mg; aqueous extract 9:1 flowers of Pasiflora (Pasiflora officinalis) 100 mg; gelling agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 40 mg; gelling (corn starch); 90% ferrous fumarate 21.08 mg iron content 7 mg; anti-agglomerate (magnesium stearate), coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); dyes (iron oxide, titanium dioxide); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 2.1 mg; riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2.1 mg; melatonin 1.95 mg; humifying (polysorbate 80); coating agent (beeswax); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 3.75 g.

How to use:

1 tablet a day one or two hours before bed preferably at the same time.
