MODE OF USE
This protector should be used directly on the skin. For optimal support, wear socks on top.
A. Slide the plantar protector and insert the band between the first finger and the next finger, like a flip flop.
B. Adjust the plantar protection towards the base of the fingers, without stretching too much of the band between the fingers.
Make sure that the silicone dots inside are in contact with the skin and that the outer silicone grille is in contact with the sock.
