Non-homeopathic food supplement based on melatonin, plant extracts, vitamins and minerals.
Melatonin-based dietary supplement (1 mg recommended effective dose), Valerian, Melisa, Zinc and Vitamin B6 that are released in two phases.
Sleepeel helps to fall asleep, being that it is more restful, so you can rest better and wake rested.
Acts in 2 phases: In the first phase, the outer layer of the tablet, which is formed by melatonin, is absorbed.
Melatonin helps decrease the time it takes to fall asleep.
In the second phase the rest of the ingredients are absorbed, such as valerian, melisa, zinc and vitamin B6, which are gradually released throughout the night.
Vitamin B6 contributes to reduced tiredness and fatigue.
EMPLOYMENT MODE:
It is recommended to take one tablet a day one hour before bedtime.
One tablet stinks 1mg ofmelatonin, enough to get the beneficial effect of this molecule.
The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced diet.
