The term BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) groups L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Our muscle tissue is composed mostly of those amino acids that are used for energy production and protein synthesis. So they help prevent the removal of other amino acids in the muscle, doubly helping to maintain and/or increase muscle mass.

BCAAs are also involved in the metabolism of neurotransmitters, which are natural brain chemicals that influence mood and mental functions. Vitamin B6, which is necessary for the correct use of amino acids in the body and to prevent an increase in cardiovascular risk as a result of protein metabolism, is also present in this formula.

Ingredients per capsule:
- 540 mg L-Leucine (free form).
- 360 mg L-Isoleucine (free form).
- 300 mg L-Valine (free form).
- 20 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI).

How to use:
Take two vegetable capsules a day between meals, accompanied by juice or water or as directed by a specialist. The recommended daily dose for this product should not be exceeded.
