-Vitamins and Minerals: Micronutrients essential for the body.
-Vitamins of group B:essential for obtaining energy.
-Antioxidants (vitamin C, E, zinc and selenium). They protect cells from oxidative damage.
-Vitamins D, calcium, magnesium and potassium. They contribute to the proper functioning of the muscles.

How to use it
Recommended in sport: Take 1 tablet a day, preferred in the morning at breakfast, if trained continuously for 3 months, and if it is for a marathon 1 month before the competition.
