It is the ideal product for the care of the surgical wound in place of the traditional dressing. It allows to monitor the bleeding of the wound and adjacent skin, without the need to remove the dressing, which minimizes input costs and nursing times.
- Sterile film that provides a barrier to liquids, bacteria and viruses, including HBV and HIV viruses, preventing external contamination of the site or wounds.
- The dressing has a central pad that absorbs fluids from the wound reducing the potential for maceration around the edges of the wound.
- For its special construction, the pad absorbs 2 to 3 times more than traditional gauze without adhering to the wound bed. No fiber is undone or left on the wound, which does not cause trauma to the patient at the time of removal of the dressing.
