MODE OF USE
Place the three middle fingers of one hand on the inside of the opposite wrist, with the edge of the third finger (annular) on the wrist joint. The Nei-Kuan point is located just below your index finger between the two central tendons of the wrist. Place the part of the button down on the Nei-Kuan point. Repeat this process with the other wrist.
A wristband must be wearing each wrist to be effective. Sea band can be placed before or during a trip.
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
In case of swelling in the hands remove the bracelets.
