1. Bring water to a boil and then insert the protector for a few seconds, until you feel the material soft enough to mold.
2. With the mold still warm, adjust it on the upper jaw denture, pressing lightly for a few seconds to fit snugly.
3. Remove and place in the cold water to set the material.
4. Repeat the process if it does not fit properly.
Rinse with warm water and clean with a toothbrush.
