It is a nasal decongestant medicine that contains tramazolin hydrochloride as an active substance and administered in the nose produces a constriction of blood vessels locally, decongesting the nasal mucosa.
This medicine is indicated for local and temporary relief of nasal congestion in adults and children 6 years and older.
You should see a doctor if it gets worse or if it does not improve after 3 days of treatment
