Dormirel is a medicine that contains the active substance doxylamine. Doxylamine belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines that have sedative properties, being effective in induction of sleep.
This medicine is indicated for symptomatic treatment of occasional insomnia in adults over 18 years of age, particularly when there is difficulty falling asleep, frequent interruptions during sleep or waking up early in the morning.
