ACTION AND DESCRIPTION
Vertical hot-cold support. It adapts to the body to provide relaxing relief:
- torticollis
- sore shoulders
- spinal pain
MODE OF USE
It should be applied for 20 minutes or for the time recommended by your doctor. Remove and wait at least 20 minutes between applications. Repeat as many times as necessary.
Cold therapy: freeze for at least 2 hours.
Heat therapy: heat in the microwave for the time indicated below and check the temperature of the pack. Heat in 5-second intervals, as many times as necessary, until desired temperature is reached.
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
Always check the temperature of the pack before placement. Overheating or prologanda application may cause damage to the user, including burns. For external use only. Do not use in children. Do not puncture the pack or ingest its contents. Do not apply to sensitive skin or open wounds. Do not use for uses other than those provided. You should not fall asleep while using the package. It should only be used under the supervision of an adult. A higher warm-up than suggested time can damage or destroy the pack. In case of chronic, prolonged or extreme pain, talk to your doctor.
