Tryptophan tryptophan tablets were introduced to the Spanish market in 2013 by the pharmaceutical company ESTEVE.
Triptomax contains Tryptophan, an essential amino acid that our body uses to produce Serotonin. And.. .what is Serotonin? Serotonin is a very important neurotransmitter for our body and is involved in multiple functions, among which we could highlight its role as a mood regulator. Therefore, in situations where there are low levels of Serotonin we may feel decayed or feeling discouragement, stress and/or apathy. Serotonin also stimulates cognitive function, favoring ability to concentrate and good psychic performance.
Tryptophan contained in Triptomax helps our body produce Serotonin, but its metabolism also requires an adequate amount of certain vitamins and minerals, in addition to Tryptophan. That's why Triptomax also contains B vitamins, magnesium and iron.
All Triptomax ingredients are essential nutrients that are not produced by the human body itself, so they must be supplied by feeding. These nutrients are usually obtained through a balanced diet, but in cases where optimal levels are not acquired – either by a deficit in the diet or by external factors - we can specify an increase in input. In these cases, Triptomax may be the ideal food supplement.
Who is it addressed to?
Triptomax is the perfect ally, mainly for people who feel unmotivated, discouraged, overwhelmed, uneasy, anxious or stressed. At certain times in our lives an extra intake of Tryptophan and magnesium can help us feel more vital and regain a positive mood. This is where Triptomax comes into play to help us achieve this, thanks to the 600 mg of Tryptophan and the rest of the nutrients it provides with each daily dose. Triptomax increases tryptophan and magnesium levels which promotes proper psychological functioning. Triptomax is not a medicine, as all its components are essential nutrients: amino acids, vitamins and minerals that are also found in food. Remember that food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
How do you take it?
Triptomax comes in packs of 30 tablets for easy dosing.
Preferably you should take 2 tablets a day, one before breakfast and one before lunch or dinner. This guideline can be followed continuously with rest periods of 4 weeks every 3 months of administration.
Triptomax begins to act from the first take, although its effects are best perceived from the first week of treatment. For more details about Triptomax composition and dosage (how to take it), see its package leaflet.
