Contains sodium monofluorophosphate (226 ppm ion fluor).
Rinse with 15ml undiluted colutory, last 30 seconds, at least 2 times a day or after each brushing.
For greater effectiveness it is recommended not to rinse with water and avoid eating or drinking immediately after the use of the colutory.
