Ingredients
Per capsule: Melissa officinalis L. (lemon balm, extract) 188 mg, Passiflora incarnata L. (pasiflora, extract) 150 mg, gelatin, Valeriana officinalis L. (valerian, extract) 120 mg, white rice powder, Cimicifuga racemosa L. (cohosh, extract) 10 mg, Rhodiola rosea L. (rhodiolla, extract) 23.80 mg, anti-apelmazant agents magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide colors, indigotin, pyridoxine hydrochloride 0.7 mg.
MODE OF USE
Day: take a white capsule with a glass of water, during breakfast.
Night: take a blue capsule with a glass of water, during dinner.
