ActiveComplex Magnesium

ActiveComplex Magnesium is a complex of three different magnesium salts. Each tablet provides you with 200 mg of pure magnesium. The tablet contains a mixture of magnesium organically and inorganically bound inside a matrix that causes the tablet to dissolve completely in a few minutes – even in people with a low stomach acid content – where the magnesium content is changed to its absorbable ion form. You do not need to take ActiveComplex Magnesium along with a meal.

The magnesium test

You can check your magnesium tablet and see if it dissolves effectively. We have placed two magnesium tablets in two different glasses of water. In the left glass the Pharma Nord Magnesium ActiveComplex tablet has been completely dissolved and is ready to be absorbed after a few minutes. In the glass on the right we have put another magnesium tablet. Even after 24 hours in the water, this other tablet does not appear to have dissolved at all.

What is magnesium?
